Let Me Introduce you to LuLyiLau (Lucia, Lyila, Lauren)

In the PascuaFam household, you'd be surprised at the terms of endearment we have for each other. The Expat Mommy and Expat Daddy calls each other Labs, our eldest we call our Big Ate, the "favorite middle child" we call Small Ate (oh this is supposed to be a secret, because the Big Ate is the "favorite eldest child" --- they just have to be my favorite!), and the little girl we call our Baby Oyen. Now, the girls call the Expat Mommy "Mei-mei" and the Expat Daddy "Dada". The granddad is "TatayLo", the grandma is "Iya", the uncle is "koko", the aunt is "Adey" also my niece who grew up with me  they call "Ampon", meaning adopted in English.
Fondly and collectively, I call the girls LulyiLau.

Why do I have a collective term of endearment for the girls? Because having all 3 children of the same gender, it is just inevitable that people around us, family and friends, tend to compare them from each other. No matter how innocent the remarks are, I know that it would somewhat sound offensive to the little ones. I know the girls are all different in terms of character, qualities, capabilities and flaws and I just don't want that these comparisons would come from me.
As the girls are growing up, they would sometimes spring questions to me like who I love most, who is the most stubborn, who is the prettiest, who is my favorite. And most of the time they get disappointed when I don't choose and pick one. They even check the games I play on FB and check which name I used on my farm or restaurant. Well I can't attend to 3 different farms so each could have one named after them. So, it just occurred to me that I would just invent another daughter. Of course they know that LuLyiLau means all three of them, but somehow, they just accepted it as it is.. So instead of asking me to pick one, they would just ask "Mei-mei, is it still LuLyiLau you love most?" or "It's not me! It's LuLyiLau who's the most stubborn of all!" :)
